Our Am Law 100 client's Fort Lauderdale office is seeking a Legal Administrative Assistant to support its growing Real Estate practice. This is a unique opportunity for a highly organized, personable professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats. In addition to providing legal administrative support to attorneys and paralegals, this role will serve as a key resource for the day-to-day operations of the office, including reception, office services, visitors, supplies, events, and facilities coordination. Responsibilities: Prepare engagement letters and provide day-to-day administrative support to Real Estate attorneys Manage time entry, new business intake, calendars, meetings, Zoom calls, travel, and expense reports Organize and maintain legal documents, real estate records, conveyance documents, and closing binders Prepare closing statements, deeds, and assist with Secretary of State processes and procedures Assist with company formations and ordering title examinations Work closely with paralegals on a variety of Real Estate matters Provide front- and back-office support for the Fort Lauderdale office Serve as a welcoming resource for attorneys, clients, visitors, and vendors Manage office supplies, inventory, incoming/outgoing mail, and general office needs Coordinate parking and building access for attorneys, employees, and visitors Assist with meeting and event setup, including support for visiting attorneys Partner with Facilities and Marketing on onsite logistics and office events Step in wherever needed to help keep the office running smoothly Emerge is committed to being an equal opportunity employer.
