Tool And Die MakerKapco Inc. is looking for a Tool & Die Maker on 1st, 2nd, and Weekend shift at our Grafton, WI facility. Primary Responsibilities:
  • Building new and repairing of existing die consisting of progressive dies, jigs and fixtures
  • Holds extremely close tolerances, which will reduce the cost and improve the speed and quality of various production operations
  • Lays out and performs bench and machine operations to construct, alter and repair dies, jigs, fixtures and special tools
  • Performs tool and die maintenance and repairman duties
  • Verifies quality and print specifications are met
  • Other duties as assigned
Required Education & Experience:
  • 2-year trade school program or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in a metal manufacturing environment: metal grounding and manual machine operation
  • Attention to detail and good math skills
