About the role

Kolache Factory is hiring bakers for early-morning shifts to bake fresh kolaches and support daily bakery operations. You will prepare, glaze, and package items, while delivering friendly service to guests in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Starting pay is $13.50 per hour for shifts beginning before 7:00 AM. Prior baking or food-service experience is a plus, and on-the-job training is provided.
