The Opportunity: Architect the growth engine for Aruna's next chapter. Aruna is at an exciting point in its history. With a proven model, trusted partners, and an established pathway that brings freedom to trafficking survivors, the VP of Revenue Strategy & Growth will help determine how Aruna reaches its next stage of growth. By building a disciplined go-to-market strategy and scalable commercial systems, this leader will expand the reach of Aruna's products, strengthen the organization's financial sustainability, and create more opportunities for survivors of human trafficking to experience lifelong freedom. The VP of Revenue Strategy & Growth will lead the development and execution of Aruna's go-to-market strategy across two primary growth channels: Corporate Gifting Wholesale Retail This leader will be responsible for identifying where Aruna should compete, how it will differentiate itself, and how it will build repeatable systems that drive sustainable, profitable growth. The VP will develop the commercial strategy and lead execution of the strategy that guides customer acquisition, channel growth, pricing, strategic partnerships, and revenue expansion. They will personally lead key strategic accounts while building the infrastructure, processes, and playbooks that enable Aruna to scale over time. They will also work closely with Marketing, Product Development, Operations, and Executive Leadership to ensure Aruna's commercial strategy reflects both its premium brand and its mission of creating lifelong freedom.
