SNG Media is seeking a results-driven Outside B2B Sales Representative to develop new business in the San Diego market. This is a full-time, on-site and field-based individual contributor role focused on proactive prospecting, face-to-face client engagement, and closing new accounts.
Pay: $21.00 - $30.00 per hour Commission BASERole Description This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in San Diego, CA. The Salesperson will identify and qualify prospective clients, conduct outreach via calls, emails, and in-person meetings, and present SNG Media’s products and services in a clear, compelling manner. The role includes managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals, negotiating terms within established guidelines, and closing new business to meet or exceed revenue targets. The Salesperson will maintain accurate records in the CRM system, collaborate with marketing and account management teams, and provide regular updates on market trends and client feedback. Daily activities also involve building long-term client relationships, attending industry events or client meetings as needed, and representing SNG Media in a professional, customer-focused manner.
Qualifications: Proven track record in business-to-business sales, account management, or media/advertising sales, with experience meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex offerings clearly and tailor messages to different stakeholders. Solid negotiation and relationship-building abilities, with a customer-centric approach and commitment to ethical, inclusive sales practices. Proficiency using CRM tools and basic office software to manage pipelines, document interactions, and analyze sales performance. Comfort working on-site in a fast-paced environment, with strong time management, organization, and follow-through skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities and market conditions. High level of professionalism, integrity, and respect for diverse colleagues and clients. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in media or digital advertising is advantageous.
