What You Will Do: Draft, revise, and negotiate key fund finance documents, including credit agreements, collateral documents, and guarantees. Take ownership of deal workstreams, managing diligence reviews on fund documents and ensuring effective issue spotting. Collaborate with internal specialists in tax, regulatory, and real estate to deliver integrated, client-ready advice. Manage deal calendars and facilitate internal/external communications to ensure transactions progress efficiently. Lead diligence on fund documents, focusing on borrowing authority, investor exclusions, and collateral packages. Provide practical, business-aligned advice to lender and sponsor clients, translating legal risks into actionable options.
Ideal Candidate: Background 3-5 years of experience in fund finance, with a strong focus on subscription/capital call facilities. Proven ability to draft and negotiate core credit documents independently. Experience managing deal processes and communicating effectively with sophisticated lender and sponsor clients. Familiarity with NAV facilities, hybrid facilities, or experience representing both lenders and borrowers is a plus.
Preferred: Experience working in a fast-paced, venture-backed environment. Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory issues in financial services.
Compensation and Benefits: The base salary for this role ranges from $260K to $325K, reflecting the level of expertise and contribution expected. The company offers a competitive benefits package designed to support the well-being and professional growth of its employees.
