About the role
E-COMMERCE SPECIALIST – WOMEN'S APPAREL COMPANY We are a growing women's apparel company looking for an experienced and motivated E-Commerce Specialist to manage and grow our online business.
Responsibilities:
Manage and update our e-commerce website Upload and maintain product listings, photos, descriptions, pricing, and inventory Process and monitor online orders, returns, and exchanges Manage product information and inventory across online sales channels Assist with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms Create and update website content, banners, and promotions Manage social media product content and online promotions Monitor online sales and prepare basic sales reports Coordinate with the warehouse, sales, and merchandising teams Identify opportunities to improve online sales and customer experience Qualifications 2+ years of e-commerce or online store experience preferred Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms Strong computer and organizational skills Knowledge of online product listing and inventory management Basic knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, or similar programs is a plus Experience with social media platforms is a plus Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in women's fashion/apparel is a plus Competitive salary based on experience.
