About the role

Yuhaaviatam of San Manuel Nation seeks a Planning & Development Manager to oversee multiple real estate and development projects, from inception through completion. Reporting to the Director, Tribal Planning & Development, you will drive scheduling, budgeting, risk analysis, and downstream reporting. You will build financial models, lead entitlement and permitting efforts, coordinate with government agencies, consultants, and vendors, and align initiatives with the Tribe's vision.
