About the role

School Group Greeter Help welcome and serve as a first point of contact for school groups visiting OMCA! School Group Greeters make sure students, teachers, and chaperones feel welcome onsite by setting a positive tone, sharing Museum guidelines, and orienting groups at the start of their field trip.
Responsibilities
Your Role: Welcome and orient our onsite school and/or public groups. Help to set expectations, and ensure that school/public group audiences feel a sense of belonging at OMCA.This role primarily works outdoors.
Qualifications: Scheduling:
  • Wednesdays 9:30 am-12 pmThursdays and Fridays 9 am-12 pmMinimum two shifts per month
  • Training requirements beyond OMCA volunteer orientation:
