About the role
- Oversee and support all administrative duties in the office and ensure that office is operating smoothly
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
- Perform receptionist duties: greet visitors, and answer direct phone calls
- Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail
- Coordinate with IT department with troubleshooting, managing and maintaining technology infrastructure
- Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and design and implement new systems
- Provide administrative support for projects including, but not limited to, doing research, organizing data and creating reports
- Support Safety manager and Facilities manager as needed
- Maintain and manage inventory of fleet vehicles
- Provide vacation support for our router
- Other duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or GED, Associate degree preferred 2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office management role
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to perform multiple tasks with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
- Self-starter able to work independently and efficiently with attention to detail
- Quality customer service both to internal and external customers
- Comfortable lifting 50lbs
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Google products and be comfortable learning new database software platforms
