Position Overview:
We are seeking a LATAM Sales Representative to support Account Executives and business customers throughout the sales and account management lifecycle. This is a 100% remote position that can be performed from anywhere in Latin America. The role requires frequent communication with customers and internal teams throughout the region; therefore, professional fluency in both English and Spanish is required. The ideal candidate has experience supporting B2B customers, coordinating sales opportunities, managing existing customer service changes, preparing and following up on commercial documentation, and working across Sales, Pre-Sales, Finance, Legal, and Sales Operations.
Essential Functions:
Partner closely with the Account Executive to support pre-sales activities throughout the Lead-to-Quote process.
Serve as a backup to the Account Executive and provide sales, account coordination, and administrative support as needed.
Manage the complete MACD (Move, Add, Change, Disconnect) process for existing customer services, serving as a primary point of contact and coordinating requests through completion.
Independently manage smaller sales opportunities, including service upgrades, downgrades, additions, and other account changes, in accordance with company policies and commercial guidelines.
Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Finance, Sales Operations, Account Executives, and Pre-Sales Engineers throughout LATAM to ensure accurate and timely delivery of customer quotes and solutions.
Execute the commercial processes required to support MACDs, customer requests, and assigned sales opportunities.
Ensure all customer requirements and documentation necessary to complete closed deals are obtained, including vendor registrations, purchase orders (POs), billing information, and related documentation.
Coordinate directly with customers and the Legal department to facilitate contracts and commercial documentation, including NDAs, MSAs, service agreements, addendums, and related documents.
Work closely with Sales Operations to ensure closed opportunities are accurately and efficiently converted into orders.
Maintain complete, accurate, and up-to-date customer, opportunity, and sales information in Salesforce and other company systems.
Monitor open customer requests and sales activities, proactively identifying potential delays or issues.
Escalate issues when necessary and coordinate with the appropriate internal teams to achieve timely resolution and maintain a positive customer experience.
Qualifications:
EducationBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred. Equivalent relevant professional experience may be considered in place of formal education.
Experience:
Candidates should have one or more of the following:4–6 years of experience supporting large B2B customer accounts within Customer Care, Account Management, Sales Support, or a related commercial environment; or 3+ years of experience in Sales, Account Coordination, Sales Support, or Customer Care; or A combination of relevant B2B sales and customer service experience.
Required Skills:
Fluent English and Spanish – required.
Strong B2B customer service and relationship management skills.
Experience supporting sales, account management, or commercial processes.
Ability to coordinate effectively across multiple departments and countries.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple customer requests, opportunities, and priorities simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Detail-oriented with the ability to follow established processes and drive activities through completion.
Preferred Skills:
Experience supporting customers within telecommunications, technology, or managed services.
Experience with MACD (Move, Add, Change, Disconnect) processes.
Experience working with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
Experience supporting large B2B or multinational customer accounts.
Familiarity with commercial documentation such as POs, NDAs, MSAs, service agreements, addendums, vendor registrations, and billing documentation.
Work Location:
This position is 100% remote and open to qualified candidates located anywhere in Latin America. Candidates must be able to work effectively with customers and internal teams across the LATAM region and communicate professionally in both English and Spanish.
