About the role
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or shipping/receiving experience is required; candidates should be comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse environment from day one
- Forklift or material handling experience is required
- Working knowledge of warehouse processes such as order picking, packing, stocking, inventory control, and safe equipment use
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
- Dependable, team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically active environment
- Steel-toe or composite-toe footwear required
- Ability to pass company background screening, motor vehicle report and drug testing requirements

- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently and up to 130 lbs. with assistance
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and climb throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
- Ability to operate and safely navigate material handling equipment (i.e. forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, etc.)Moderate to high noise level in the work environment
