About the role
To enhance digital sales capabilities, the full-time Digital Readiness Champion will provide coaching and training to legacy teams, support onboarding for new representatives, and participate in calls and meetings to drive digital engagement in a hybrid remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Join legacy rep calls to assist with closing digital business and handling objections
Participate in regional team meetings to maintain focus on digital initiatives
Deliver training and coaching, including the development of digital sales playbooks and onboarding materials
Required Qualifications:
3+ years in digital advertising/media sales with experience in coaching or team leadership
Proven ability to teach and support sales representatives effectively
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools, including display, PPC/search, and SEO
Strong skills in coaching for retention, renewals, and upselling
Highly organized with the ability to manage training schedules and onboarding processes across regions
