About the role
- Coordinate recruiting activities, including candidate intake, job postings, application workflows, and interview scheduling
- Maintain accurate candidate information in recruiting databases and applicant tracking systems
- Coordinate interview logistics, calendars, travel arrangements, meeting materials, and candidate feedback
- Communicate with candidates, search firms, hiring teams, and other internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with recruiting events, campus outreach, and summer associate programs
- Support onboarding activities, including background checks, required documentation, and orientation scheduling
- Assist with recruiting meetings, reports, metrics, and special talent management initiatives
- Support recruiting outreach and inclusion initiatives
- Maintain recruiter and search firm agreements and related documentation
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience
- 1+ years experience in a professional office environment; recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
