About the role

Post Mission You will be involved in the management of prevision dossiers, mainly focusing on disability/daily allowances, invalidity, and death. The position requires good technical mastery, autonomy in managing dossiers, and a genuine sense of service. Your missions include: Instructing and managing prevision dossiers from their opening to their closure; Analyzing guarantees, verifying rights, and controlling necessary documents; Managing disability and daily allowance dossiers: analyzing stops, indemnizable periods, and calculating benefits; Instructing invalidity dossiers and ensuring follow-up of benefits over time; Managing death dossiers: verifying guarantees, identifying beneficiaries, and calculating benefits; Ensuring updates, revisions, regularizations, and possible suspensions or resumptions; Responding to requests from members, beneficiaries, and partners; Ensuring quality, compliance, and traceability of operations; Participating in the improvement of procedures and the reliability of practices. Profile Sought With a Bac +2/3 in insurance, law, or social protection, you have confirmed experience in managing prevision benefits. You ideally master several of the following areas: disability/daily allowances, invalidity, and death. You are comfortable with analyzing guarantees, controlling rights, and calculating benefits. Knowledge of an insurance management tool, particularly Active Infinite (Cegedim), is a plus. Rigorous, autonomous, and organized, you also have good relational and writing skills. Confidentiality, a sense of service, and the ability to manage sensitive human situations are essential to succeed in this position. Remuneration and benefits- 28 to 33 KEUR gross annual, depending on profile and experience; CDI;
