About the Job:
We re looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our collaborative team. You ll focus on early intervention, chronic disease management, and long-term wellness in a setting that values quality over volume.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM What You ll Do (Key Responsibilities in Patient Care):Comprehensive Care: Provide both in-person and virtual visits to increase access and continuity of care. Diagnosis & Planning: Prescribe medications and develop personalized health plans with your patients. Wellness Education: Educate patients on wellness, prevention, and lifestyle management. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with physicians, medical assistants, and other clinicians. Culture: Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture. What You ll Bring to the Team (Minimum Qualifications):Active and unrestricted FNP license in the practicing state. Board certification as an FNP. DEA registration.2+ years of primary care experience preferred. Experience treating patients ages 2+.Familiarity with HIPAA and a strong commitment to patient confidentiality.
