Electronic Assembler Position For more than 33 years, KLD Labs, Inc., has provided innovative machine vision solutions tailored for railway customers' monitoring, measurement, inspection, condition-based maintenance and asset management needs. We are looking to hire Electronic Assemblers for our manufacturing production located in Hauppauge, NY. We are an equal opportunity employer in a stable industry. Responsibilities for our electronic assemblers include: Detailed soldering and assembly of electro-mechanical components Harnesses and cables for our production department Material/manufacturing assembly. Adjust or repair electrical and manufacturing equipment. Inspect wiring installations, assemblies, and circuits.
Qualifications Required:
  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experienceMust be authorized to work in the U.S.Must be fluent in spoken and written English
  • Experience with manufacturing processes such as Assembly/Wiring/Soldering/Crimping
  • Must be able to work from written and oral instructions
  • Highly proficient with industry standard technician and assembly tools
  • Qualifications Desired:
Experience working with relevant manufacturing tools such as bandsaw, drill press, hand drill, etc. Must be able to read part drawings and schematics Advanced mechanical assembly experienceMust possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, in particular ExcelSalary Range $18.64 —$27.07 USD
