Job Duties: As a Diet Assistant, you'll play an important role in supporting safe, accurate, and efficient meal service for our patients. Working under the direction of Principal Food Service Supervisors, you'll serve as a key connection point between patients, the Call Center, and our food production and assembly teams. In this role, you'll obtain and enter patient meal orders, ensure selections meet prescribed diet requirements, and help coordinate meal information with the Production and Assembly areas. You'll work in a fast-paced call center environment where accuracy, communication, and attention to detail are essential to delivering a positive patient experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and contributing to a team where their work directly supports patient care.
