Job Description Job Description We are a boutique Bookkeeping and Tax firm looking for a full-time, in-house Receptionist.
Responsibilities include
Answering phones, taking messages, and transferring calls
Managing emails and file organization
Ordering office supplies
Accepting, scanning, and filing original tax documents from clients
Handling USPS mail and certified/registered mail
Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Able to quickly learn new software in a fast-paced environment

We are open year-round and located in Euless, Texas. This is a full-time, in-office position. We are looking to fill this role promptly and will be scheduling interviews on a rolling basis.
