About the role
- Manually construct RFQs, accessorial rules and/or tariffs using customer contracts and bid documents
- Read customer rule sets and contracts to apply priority of rates accurately
- Read and understand customer contracts, bill of lading and billing descriptions regarding accessorial charges and other relevant rating information
- Collaborate with customers and internal operations to resolve issues
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience 3+ years of logistics, transportation, or similar work experience
- Experience working with licensed or proprietary software
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)3+ years of experience using Excel formulas, such as sum, v-lookup, sumifs, index and match
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
