Responsibilities As our Office Administrator, you'll help ensure our office runs smoothly while providing exceptional service to clients. Responsibilities include Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth. Answer and direct incoming phone calls. Schedule appointments and manage office calendars. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment. Prepare conference rooms for client meetings. Coordinate mail, deliveries, and office supplies. Scan, organize, and upload client documents. Assist with client onboarding and administrative paperwork. Manage CRM tasks and office workflows. Support advisors with administrative requests. Coordinate office vendors and daily operations. Assist with additional projects as the firm continues to grow. Qualifications Preferred qualifications include Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Professional appearance and demeanor. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn. Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team. Experience in an administrative, customer service, hospitality, or office support role is preferred but not required. Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is a plus.
