About the role
- Creating new used car dealer/broker relationships within your geographical area.
- Managing existing used car dealers and brokers to ensure they meet their sales and efficiency targets.
- Attending face to face meetings and telephone/email negotiations offering competitive finance facilities to used car dealers and brokers.
- Offering excellent customer service.
- Being an active team player.
- Achieving business targets and personal objectives.
- Attending 121's and team meetings in any of our office locations (typically held in Cardiff).We'd Love to Hear From You If You Have:
- Effective communication styles and methods used to interact with used car dealers, brokers and third parties.
- The ability to work independently, setting your own priorities and taking a lead role.
- The preparedness to take accountability for your own performance.
- The capacity to communicate verbal and written information to customers in a way which is clear, fair, and not misleading.
- The ability to work under pressure in a target driven environment, with the capacity to prioritise tasks.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to research, digest, analyse, and present material clearly and concisely to senior management and director level.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work proactively and think strategically in a fast-moving environment.
- The flexibility and adaptability to a wide variety of tasks and to work extra hours where required to meet deadlines and deal with client queries.
- The ability to present to motor dealers and brokers of all size and types.
- It Would Be Great, But Not Essential If You Have:
- Previous experience of motor finance, or associated businesses within the motor industry.
- A good understanding of the digital marketplace that exists within the motor finance industry.
- An understanding of the regulatory environment that exists within the motor industry.
