Key responsibilities for the Assistant Vice President of Leasing Administration include the onboarding of newly acquired properties, overseeing lease administration and tenant billings, managing recoveries and reconciliations, and ensuring lease compliance.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years' commercial retail lease administration experience, with a strong background in retail lease structures, CAM, insurance, real estate tax recoveries, and tenant billings. Advanced proficiency in Yardi and a proven track record of leading lease administration teams or outsourced service providers are essential. The role also requires the development of operational processes, performance metrics, and a focus on continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency and data integrity.
