The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of strategic leadership, operational execution, and brand storytelling, with a particular emphasis on experiential marketing—creating immersive, high-impact brand experiences similar to large-scale activations such as Formula 1 events.This leader will work cross-functionally with business development, operations, and executive stakeholders to position the organization as a standout brand in competitive, relationship-driven markets.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Strategic LeadershipDevelop and lead a long-term marketing strategy aligned with business growth and expansion goalsPartner with executive leadership to define go-to-market strategies for new markets, services, and verticalsPresent marketing strategy, performance insights, and forecasts to senior leadershipDrive market research and competitive intelligence to inform positioning and growth strategyBrand, Experience & CommunicationsDefine and manage brand identity and positioning across all channelsLead the development of experiential marketing initiatives that create memorable, high-touch client and brand experiences (e.g., VIP events, large-scale activations, immersive environments)Oversee public relations, media strategy, events, and industry engagementServe as a brand ambassador and thought leader at industry events and speaking opportunitiesOperational & Financial ManagementOwn and manage the marketing budget, ensuring strong ROI and strategic alignmentOversee all marketing functions, including digital strategy, content, proposals, and business development supportImplement a data-driven marketing approach, tracking KPIs such as brand awareness, engagement, pipeline influence, and conversionEvaluate and optimize marketing technology stack (CRM, automation, analytics tools)Team Leadership & DevelopmentBuild, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing teamDefine team structure, roles, and capabilities to support organizational growthFoster a culture of creativity, innovation, accountability, and collaborationQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)10+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, including 5+ years in a senior executive roleProven success building strong brands and driving growth in B2B or relationship-driven industriesDemonstrated experience leading or integrating experiential marketing initiatives (events, activations, brand experiences)Expertise in full-funnel marketing strategy, from awareness to client retentionStrong leadership, executive presence, and communication skillsExperience with MarTech platforms, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and analytics toolsTrack record of managing budgets with performance and ROI focusPreferred ExperienceBackground in industries such as construction, real estate, architecture/engineering, or other project-based environmentsExperience supporting organizations through growth, expansion, or transformationFamiliarity with RFP/bid processes and client-driven sales cyclesExperience designing high-profile, experiential brand activations that drive engagement and differentiationWhat Success Looks LikeSuccess in this role means building a recognizable, differentiated brand supported by innovative marketing strategies and memorable experiences.
