Food manufacturer is seeking a Plant Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and mentor large manufacturing plant of 1000+ employees
  • Contribute to production planning and budgeting
  • Focus plant on continuous improvement
  • Lead and monitor quality assessments to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Champion a safe production environment
  • Coordinate with key internal and external production stakeholders
Qualifications:
  • Minimum BA/BS, MBA preferred 10+ years of food production/plant management experienceUSDA/FDA meat or frozen experience
  • Experience managing large plant operations
  • Strong organizational and managerial skills
  • Company can provide regional relocation assistance.
