About the role
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration or related degree Preferred
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a product ownership role within an Agile software development environment with a proven track record of delivering products that meet market needs Preferred
- Financial services experience/knowledge of the business Preferred
- Experience working closely with technical teams utilizing understanding of technical requirements and constraints RequiredExperience in translating business needs into strategy and actionable tasks to deliver expected outcomes RequiredExperience in scaled agile framework environments Preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies with the ability to apply principles in business-focused product development
- Knowledge of basic technical principles relevant to the product domain (e.g., web technologies, software development lifecycle, user experience (UX)/user interface (UI) design considerations)
- Organizational skills with ability to manage competing priorities and navigate complex initiative landscapes
- Effective communication skills with capability of negotiating with stakeholders and ability to convey complex product requirements to technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to influence without direct authority
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills with a track record of leading cross-functional teams to success
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement with a willingness to stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies

Specific range is dependent on the labor market where the incumbent will be hired to perform the position. Starting salary is dependent on candidate qualifications and experience.
