About the role

Ad Operations and Campaign Manager We're hiring for a technology business with a large consumer audience and a growing native advertising product. This is the person who owns campaigns after the deal is signed and makes sure they actually deliver. What the role covers: Trafficking and optimizing direct sold media campaigns Building performance reports and reviewing daily delivery, spend, and creative issues Troubleshooting with third-party vendors when something breaks Advising clients on ad copy, targeting, and pacing to hit their KPIsLeading kick-off and check-in calls on campaign detail and performance Feeding client insight back to the product team to shape ad formats and the ad-serving stack Supporting sellers on RFPs, inventory checks, and proposal positioning Reviewing brands and assets against content guidelines alongside the editorial team
What you'll bring: 2 to 4 years in ad operations, client services, or sales support in digital media Hands-on experience with ad servers and direct sold campaigns Strong Excel skills for reporting and charts Solid grounding in online media planning, native advertising, and content marketing Confident presentation skills in Power Point or Keynote Clear written and verbal communication, and the organization to keep multiple campaigns straight This suits someone who likes owning the detail and being the person clients trust to get them a straight answer quickly.
