About the role
Managing the full "top of funnel" lifecycle, the remote Marketing Sales Development Representative will identify and qualify prospective customers through inbound lead conversion and strategic outbound prospecting while collaborating closely with the Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for high-value inbound inquiries, qualifying leads and passing sales-ready leads to the Sales team
Conduct multi-channel outreach into target accounts to book meetings for the Sales team
Maintain meticulous records in Salesforce to track lead sources, engagement history, and lead disposition
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS SDR or BDR role with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
Demonstrated ability to manage both inbound leads and outbound prospecting
Proficiency with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, and ZoomInfo
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging C-level executives
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
