About the role
Job Description:
Everforth ECS is seeking a BPR Analyst to work in Arlington, VA/remote. We are seeking a Business Process Reengineering (BPR) professional to serve as a thought partner and technical coordinator in standing up a unified work tracking and reporting framework across the CIO's office, its divisions, and directorates. This role will work directly with the CIO's Chief of Staff and internal leadership to design a consistent methodology for how work is captured, tracked, and reported at every level of the organization, then translate that methodology into a working Jira implementation. The ideal candidate operates comfortably at two altitudes: they can sit in a strategy conversation and help architect how an organization should structure its work intake, prioritization, and reporting, and they can also sit with a technical Jira administrator or implementation team and turn that framework into boards, workflows, fields, and dashboards that teams will actually use. This is not a pure Jira administrator role and not a pure process consultant role; it requires someone who can translate between the two. Success in this role looks like: a documented, adopted work tracking framework that rolls up consistently from individual teams through directorates to division and CIO-level reporting, paired with a Jira configuration and governance model that supports it, and a change management approach that gets skeptical teams to actually use it.

Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
