Independent Business Development Contractor

Job Overview: Independent Business Development ContractorLB Cleaning Green is seeking a driven, professional, and results-oriented Independent Business Development Contractor to help expand our commercial cleaning division throughout Miami-Dade Broward, and Palm Beach County. In this role, you will identify and secure new business opportunities, build relationships with decision-makers, and generate qualified leads for commercial cleaning, post-construction cleaning, Airbnb management companies, apartment communities, offices, and property management firms. This is an independent contractor position with flexible hours and uncapped earning potential. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, confident networking with business owners and property managers, and passionate about helping businesses maintain clean, professional environments.

Responsibilities: * Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, email outreach, and in-person visits.* Develop relationships with property managers, construction companies, general contractors, apartment communities, Airbnb operators, and office managers.* Schedule meetings and walkthroughs for potential clients.* Present LB Cleaning Green’s services and communicate our value proposition.* Attend local networking events and industry functions to promote the company.* Help increase brand awareness and market presence throughout South Florida.

Qualifications: * Previous experience in business development, outside sales, or commercial service sales preferred.* Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.* Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.* Professional appearance and demeanor.* Reliable transportation for client meetings and networking events.* Existing relationships with property managers, contractors, or commercial real estate professionals are a plus.
