Our client, Financial Services is seeking a Front Office Application Support to join their team. As a Front Office Application Support, you will be part of the Technology organization supporting Front Office trading and electronic execution teams. The ideal candidate will have strong incident management and problem-solving skills, a proactive ownership mindset, and the ability to communicate clearly with traders, control functions, and technical partners—aligning successfully in a high-availability trading environment.
Job Title: Front Office Application Support
Location: New York, NYWhat's the Job? Provide day-to-day support for Fixed Income Rates and Credit trading platforms, ensuring stable and reliable operations. Monitor critical production systems, interfaces, market connectivity, pricing feeds, and electronic trading workflows to maintain continuous availability. Manage and resolve production incidents by coordinating across development, infrastructure, networking, market data vendors, and business users. Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective actions after production issues, improving resilience and preventing recurrence. Own end-to-end operational responsibilities including incident management, problem management, change and release management, DR management, and project delivery support. What's Needed?8+ years of experience in Front Office application support, with a strong focus on production stability and operational controls. Experience supporting Rates and Credit related Fixed Income products. Familiarity with electronic execution venues and market data platforms, including connectivity and workflow troubleshooting. Working knowledge of SQL and scripting, plus monitoring and troubleshooting skills to diagnose real-time issues. Experience applying ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management) and supporting audit, compliance, and user access review activities. What's in it for me?
