What You'll Be Doing: Assist with routine maintenance and repair of plant equipment and machinery on night shift, 4:30pm-4:30am Fuel equipment, put DEF, check speed reducers, change shaker oil etc. Learn to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems under supervision Support preventative maintenance tasks to ensure operational efficiency Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with safety standards Participate in training programs to build technical skills and knowledge What Are We Looking ForDemonstrated mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Basic understanding of tools and equipment used in maintenance Flexibility to work various shifts and adapt to changing priorities Conditions of EmploymentSuccessful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing Work EnvironmentRole operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level What We Offer$26.90 per hour +$0.50 Shift differential Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidays Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled
