About the role

To lead the design, programming, commissioning, and optimization of advanced water treatment systems, the full-time remote Senior Controls Engineer will serve as a technical expert, troubleshoot complex automation issues, and drive customer success through site audits and operator training.
Key responsibilities: Lead the design and development of industrial control systems for water treatment applications Troubleshoot and provide technical support for automation and instrumentation systems Conduct site audits and prepare technical reports with recommendations for system improvementsRequired qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Controls Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field 10+ years of experience in industrial process control, automation, or instrumentation engineering Proven experience in developing, programming, and troubleshooting industrial control systems Strong understanding of P&IDs, ISA standards, and electrical schematics Experience with Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLC platforms
