About the role
Next Level Technician is hiring experienced Electrical Superintendent.
Responsibilities:
Oversee conveyance/pathway scope onsite Manage Leads and field crews Plan daily manpower, sequencing and work fronts Oversee basket tray, conduit/pipe, supports and pathway installations Read and interpret construction drawings Coordinate routing, elevations and penetrations Coordinate with Project Managers, the GC and other trades Track production, manpower, materials and schedule Maintain QA/QC standards Identify and resolve field constraints Maintain accurate red-lines and as-built documentation Ensure crews are working from current drawing revisions Enforce project and OSHA safety requirements Requirements 5+ years commercial construction or low voltage experience 2+ years field leadership experience Strong conveyance/pathway experience Experience managing Leads and field crews Ability to read prints and coordinate field layout Strong manpower planning and scheduling skills Experience coordinating with GCs and other trades Strong safety and QA/QC backgroundOSHA 30 required Plan Grid, Procore, or similar construction software experience preferred Data center or large industrial/commercial experience preferred Attention to detail matters. Making sure crews are working from the latest drawings and that as-builts and field documentation stay current is critical to protecting the project schedule and budget.
