About the Role: The Company is seeking a VP - Loan Operations Manager to oversee and manage all operational aspects of the loan process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and the support of risk management and growth objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the preparation, processing, and review of loan documentation, as well as overseeing servicing functions and maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations. This role involves leading a high-performing team, training and supporting staff, and driving process improvements. The VP will also be expected to stay current on industry trends and regulatory updates, and to partner with various internal teams to ensure smooth loan lifecycle management. Applicants for the VP - Loan Operations Manager position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field, with 5-7 years' experience in lending or financial services, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role. A strong knowledge of consumer, commercial, and/or mortgage lending products and regulations is essential, as is a proven track record in team leadership and staff development.
