Job Description:
We are seeking enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join us as Cornhole Hosts for our events and leagues. As a Cornhole Host, you will be the face of our organization, responsible for ensuring that players have a fantastic experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
Greet players and teams upon arrival, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. Organize and facilitate Cornhole games, ensuring fair play and adherence to league rules. Provide guidance and assistance to players as needed, answering questions and offering tips to enhance their gameplay. Maintain equipment and playing areas, ensuring they are clean, safe, and in good condition. Manage scorekeeping and tournament brackets, keeping track of game results and standings. Foster a fun and social environment, encouraging interaction and camaraderie among players. Represent FXA Sports with professionalism and enthusiasm, promoting our brand and values at all times.
Requirements:
Passion for sports and a positive attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Cornhole rules and gameplay preferred, but not required we'll provide training! Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
