This senior technology and operations leader will be responsible for defining, building, and operationalizing the clinical platforms ecosystem. The role involves serving as a strategic and operational partner, driving end-to-end product development, platform strategy, and delivery execution across the clinical technology portfolio. The successful candidate will lead the operating engine for clinical platforms, ensuring predictable delivery, strong governance, and high-quality execution. They will also be accountable for the full lifecycle of clinical technology solutions, from concept to operational enablement, and must ensure alignment with the clinical trial delivery model, regulatory environment, and sponsor expectations. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a Master's degree, and extensive experience in clinical research, CRO, pharmaceutical, or regulated healthcare technology environments. The role requires a deep understanding of the full clinical trial lifecycle, digital health technologies, and a proven track record in building enterprise-scale applications. The Executive Director will also be responsible for stakeholder and cross-functional leadership, commercial enablement, and executive communications. Strong leadership experience in product management, engineering, and operational delivery is essential, as is the ability to manage vendor ecosystems and external strategic partners.
