Candidates who are eager to learn, highly organized, and motivated to grow professionally are encouraged to apply.ResponsibilitiesManage executive calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondenceCoordinate with vendors, service providers, landlords, and external partnersAssist with contract administration, document preparation, and record managementConduct research and prepare reports related to energy, technology, and business operationsSupport office administration and daily operational activitiesTrack project deadlines and follow up on action itemsPrepare presentations, meeting materials, and executive summariesMaintain organized company records and documentationAssist with special projects and business development initiativesProvide general administrative and operational support to company leadershipQualificationsBachelor's degree Professional fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese Strong organizational and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesStrong attention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesAuthorized to work in the United StatesPreferred QualificationsPrior experience supporting executives, managers, or business leadersExperience with operations, project coordination, or office managementInterest in technology, energy, data centers, or infrastructure industriesExperience reviewing contracts or coordinating vendors is a plusTraining & Travel RequirementsThe selected candidate will participate in a comprehensive three-month onboarding and training program to develop a strong understanding of company operations, project coordination, and industry-specific knowledge related to energy and data center infrastructure.
