Dallas, United States Our client, a highly respected fee-only portfolio managementand fiduciary firm with over $200 billion in assets under management, islooking for qualified financial professionals to join their firm in theirDallas, TX office as a Client Development FinancialServices Vice President. As a Client Development Financial Services VicePresident, you will be in a specialized client-facing role focused on growingbusiness from existing clients and referrals, by providing holistic financialplanning and portfolio service analysis.
ABOUT THE ROLE: Grow business in a client-facing role from both existing andformer high-net-worth clientele, as well as their referrals, who have assetsmore than $500k per householdWork alongside an established sales and service supportteam, who will assist you in being successful within the role by managingclient retention, lead generation, trading, and investment research, while youtake on the responsibility to help our client’s high-net-worth clientele reachtheir financial goalsCall current clients who have liquid assets outside of ourclient’s management, as well as generate referrals, to meet with the current, former, and prospective high-net-worth clientele via telephone and in-personmeetings to gather additional new businessConvey and present the firm’s investment managementstrategies to the high-net-worth clientele, which will include holisticfinancial planning and portfolio service analysisObtain documentation from current, former, and prospectivehigh-net-worth clientele needed to add accounts to our client’s firmRequirements5 or more years of experience with client-facing orproduction-based roles within the financial industryCurrent Investment Advisor Representative designation, ORSeries 65, OR a combination of FINRA Series 7 and Series 66, OR qualifyingfinancial professional designations or equivalents—the firm will also assistyou in obtaining the Series 65 within 60 days of start dateExtensive market knowledge and understanding of capitalmarkets and investment productsExtensive experience with growing business via referrals, aswell as high-volume phone activity and in-person meetingsBase salary to start with a gradual step-downdecline; compensation also includes uncapped commission, as well as a quarterly bonus 100% paid medical, dental, and vision premiums for you andqualifying dependentsA 50% 401(k) match, up to the IRS maximum20 days of PTO*, plus 10 paid holidays (*17 days of PTO and3 days of sick time for California employees) Family Support programs, including 8 weeks Paid PrimaryCaregiver leave, adoption assistance, and back-up childcareOUR CLIENT IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER
