Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach
  • Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives
  • Represent IFSH at client meetings, industry events, and community functions
  • Prepare proposals, pricing, and presentations for prospective clients
  • Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts
  • Track sales activity, leads, and pipeline updates using CRM tools
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Identify opportunities for service expansion, renewals, and increased account value
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service and client satisfaction
  • Marketing & Market Insights
  • Support marketing efforts and client communication initiatives
  • Assist in developing presentations and promotional materials
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership on growth opportunities
  • Qualifications3–5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
  • Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Experience in B2B or consultative sales is preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools
