About the role

Voltava seeks a Senior Benefits Specialist to design, implement, administer, and continuously improve global health & welfare and retirement plans. You will bring at least 10 years of progressive benefits experience in union and non-union settings and lead a team in a multinational environment. You will partner with brokers, carriers, and vendors, ensure regulatory compliance (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA), and drive data-driven cost analyses.
