We are seeking dependable and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to assist callers with questions and provide timely, accurate, and professional support.This is a great opportunity for individuals with customer service experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, phone-based environment.What You'll DoAs a Customer Service Representative, you will:Receive incoming telephone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous mannerAssist employers, third parties, noncustodial parents, custodial parents, and out-of-state case workersReview information and provide accurate responses to callersIdentify inquiries that require additional research, follow-up, or monitoringDocument all customer interactions accurately in the Microsoft Dynamics Customer Service moduleEscalate issues, concerns, and problems to a supervisor when appropriateMaintain clear, concise, and professional communication with every caller What We're Looking ForAt least 6 months of experience working with or assisting the publicExcellent verbal communication and customer service skillsAbility to listen, understand customer needs, and respond effectivelyStrong analytical skills with the ability to quickly review and interpret informationExcellent keyboarding and computer skillsExperience working with PCs and Windows operating systemsStrong interpersonal skills and a professional, courteous communication styleAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, call-driven environment Work ScheduleOperations are open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
