Develop and maintain a multi-year advanced manufacturing technology aligned with business priorities, product strategy, manufacturing challenges, and the long‑term process development of PCCA as a model factory Work closely with NPI ME, Operations ME, Production, Quality, EHS, IT, Procurement, and Product Development teams, as well as equipment suppliers, and technology partners to develop and implement effective manufacturing solutions. Establish engineering standards, technical specifications, validation criteria, lessons learned, and best practice for advanced manufacturing technologies, and support their replication across relevant processes top manufacturing sites. Provide technical guidance and coaching to engineers to enhance internal manufacturing technology capabilities.
