New England Cedar Fence is looking for a motivated Woodworker to join our growing team in Seabrook, NH! Responsibilities:
Assist in the construction, installation, and finishing of cedar fences and wood structures Measure, cut, and shape wood materials using hand tools and power tools Follow project blueprints, work orders, and supervisor instructions accurately Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times Perform basic wood joinery, fastening, and assembly tasks Inspect finished work for quality, alignment, and structural integrity Load, transport, and unload materials and equipment as needed
Requirements:
Beginner to intermediate woodworking or carpentry experience welcome Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic measuring techniques Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Physical ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and a strong team-oriented work ethic Valid driver's license preferred Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced crew members
