About the role
We're looking for someone who can work directly with the CEO and help keep his day and business organized. The position would include: Calendar & Scheduling Manage meetings, appointments and the daily calendar and avoid scheduling conflicts. Email Management Stay on top of emails, flag important messages and make sure nothing gets overlooked. Follow-Ups & Reminders Track calls, deadlines, commitments and outstanding items and make sure they get completed. Paperwork & Documents Keep contracts, invoices, correspondence and electronic files organized and accessible. Daily Organization Help prioritize what needs attention and keep the day and week organized. Computer Skills Strong with Outlook, calendars, Word, Excel, PDFs and general office software. Independent Follow-Through Be proactive, anticipate what needs to happen and follow through without needing constant direction. Confidentiality Be trustworthy and discreet with business and personal information. We're looking for someone who wants a long-term position, can learn how the company operates and eventually become a trusted right-hand person to the CEO. This is a permanent, full-time, in-person position on Chicago's West Side near I-290 and Central Avenue. Starting compensation is $25 $28 per hour depending on experience, with opportunity for growth based on performance and responsibilities.
