The Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing will lead media strategy, planning, and execution across Signet’s Milestone brands, Kay and Peoples, translating brand and business priorities into full-funnel programs that drive awareness, engagement, demand, and omnichannel sales growth.
Key Responsibilities: Support brand strategy by translating business and brand goals into integrated paid media plans that deliver reach, resonance, efficiency, and ROAS across Kay and Peoples. Lead tactical campaign planning and execution for brand launches, tentpoles, and evergreen programs from strategy through activation, optimization, and learnings in partnership with agencies. Evaluate and shape custom content programs and strategic media partnerships that strengthen the omnichannel customer journey. Steward media investment to improve effectiveness, efficiency, budget pacing, and business impact across channels. Drive cross-functional collaboration with Brand Marketing, E-Commerce, CRM, Merchandising, Store Operations, analytics, creative, media agencies, and other partners. Analyze performance and translate insights into action to improve future planning, campaign outcomes, and omnichannel business results. Maintain strong expertise in digital media landscape, including media partners/products and industry best practices. Experience Requirements 7+ years of media experience, including performance media and hands-on experience across digital video, display, paid social, paid search, linear TV, and emerging media. Strong understanding of omnichannel and cross-device shopping behaviors across awareness, consideration, ecommerce, CRM, and store-influenced interactions. Ability to analyze campaign performance, identify what is driving results, and translate insights into clear recommendations that improve customer engagement and sales growth. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proven ability to influence stakeholders, navigate complexity, build strong partnerships, and deliver business results. Proven people leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Passion for driving change, challenging the status quo, and improving ways of working.
