Role Description:
This is a full-time role for an Assistant Store Manager (or Second in Command, Bitch). As the right hand to our Head Bitch in Charge, you'll help lead a team of hospitality-obsessed baristas and shift leads across a high-energy, high-volume cafe environment. This role is all about the floor — you're the vibe-setter during the rush, the one training up new hires, and the reason every customer walks out feeling like they just had the best interaction of their day. You'll support scheduling, recipe adherence, quality control, and day-to-day operations, while stepping in on ordering and inventory as needed. Customer service is your love language, and you know how to turn a regular into a raving fan. You'll also help uphold break policy compliance and step up to lead the shop when the GM's not around. If you've got hospitality in your bones, thrive on fast-paced energy, and know how to lead a team with warmth AND a little edge — we want to hear from you.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1–2 years of customer service experience (heavy hospitality background required)Experience in full-service or quick-service environments Natural leader who can step up and run a shift solo Coffee knowledge a plus, not required — we'll teach you the rest
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
