About the role
Redhawk Federal is seeking a former agency CIO, deputy CIO, or CISO, or a senior IT leader who has personally owned IT budgeting, investment management, and workforce planning alongside information security. A successful candidate has run or overseen an enterprise RMF program with an ISSM and multiple ISSOs, including the shift from static ATOs toward continuous ATO.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree minimum in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or Computer Science. Master's degree preferred. CISSPDoD 8140 qualification for DCWF 901 Critical Traits and Experience: Must-Have in Resume At least five years of IT leadership and accountability. At least five years of IT strategic planning. At least five years assessing IT workforce needs and developing workforce strategies. At least five years in IT budgeting, including annual and multi-year planning, programming, and budgeting decisions. At least five years in IT investment management. At least five years establishing and ensuring compliance with an agency-wide information security and privacy program. At least five years in digital equity and accessibility of information and telecommunication technologies. TS/SCI clearance eligible and U.S. citizen at quote submission.
