Compensation: $110/hour (assessment time) + $25/hour (travel time)

Location: Virginia (in-person required)

Job Description: We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to conduct in-person initial assessments for clients in VirginiaResponsibilities: Conduct in-person initial assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop individualized, clinically appropriate treatment plansComplete and submit documentation in a timely mannerCommunicate effectively with families and caregiversEnsure compliance with BACB guidelines and state regulationsRequirements: Active BCBA certification in good standingExperience conducting assessments and writing treatment plansStrong clinical judgment and communication skillsAbility to travel to client locationsReliable transportationCompensation & Perks:$110/hour for assessment time$25/hour for travel timeFlexible schedulingOpportunity for additional assessment workOpportunitySchedule: Flexible, based on your availability
