About the role

Utah Transit Authority seeks a Director of Real Estate and Transit Oriented Development to lead strategic real estate activities across its property and facility network in Utah. The role requires extensive experience in development, financing, acquisition/disposition and strong leadership. You will oversee TOD/TOC programs, station area planning, and budget and staff, while partnering with community leaders and development partners to create long-term value and improved access to transit.
